With the completion of Phase 3, the park will have a total built-up area of 25 600 sq.m. of dry warehouses. 64 400 sq.m. will be available to be built on.
Phase 4 is planned to begin in 2020, where Buildings 3 & 4 will be built. The buildings will most probably be cold storage warehouses.
East Ring LP OOD plans to continue building the following types of premises:

-Cold storage warehouses
-Flammable and Hazardous storage facilities
Future stages would also offer built-to-suit opportunities.
